Our primary goal at Southwest United Canada has been to provide finishes and related services of the highest quality at all times. We are continually seeking ways to improve our processes and services from the time we receive your part to the time your part is final inspected and shipped. Focusing on understanding our customer’s requirements and continuously working to adapt to an ever changing industry has provided us the opportunity to prosper and grow, and has provided our customers the satisfaction of knowing their parts will be completed right the first time, every time. Every job and every operation is tracked and documented using a proprietary system. Each job is provided a unique certificate of conformance documenting that your job was processed to the required specifications.
Southwest United Canada maintains quality system and metal finishing process approvals from all of the major prime contractor operating facilities in Canada.
In addition to our prime contractor approvals, Southwest United Canada maintains third party accreditation from Nadcap. Our Nadcap accreditation includes AS 7004 Quality System, Chemical Processing, Non-Destructive Testing, Coatings (Thermal Spray) and Surface Enhancement.
An integral part of our quality systems are strict controls over the process chemistry as well as process controls. Our in-house chemist and quality engineers utilize advanced equipment to maintain our processes to the consistent standards our customers expect.
